Eligibility Requirements

At Hopewell Haven, we are committed to creating a peaceful, supportive, and stable environment for individuals seeking a fresh start. To ensure we are the right fit for each resident and maintain a safe and respectful community, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

Basic Eligibility:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be willing and able to live in a shared living environment

• Must be open to participating in program expectations and contributing to a peaceful community

• Must complete an intake interview by phone prior to acceptance

• Must provide valid identification

• Must be willing to follow all program rules and guidelines

Additional Requirements:

• Must not pose a threat to the safety of others

• Must not have active warrants or legal barriers that prevent participation

• Must not have a history of violence

• Must be able to manage personal hygiene and daily living tasks independently

Intake Process:

An intake interview will be conducted by phone to determine suitability for the program. During this call, we’ll ask a few questions to better understand your current needs, goals, and living situation. If eligible, you will be placed on our waitlist or offered a space if one is available.
